How to pay for your storage unit?
Read below on how to pay for your storage unit or how to change your card for Autopay.
We have two payment methods by card - automatic payments (strongly recommended) and one-time payments. You can also pay by bank transfer in certain cases.
Automatic payments
We strongly recommend the automatic payment system - in the Client Portal, you save your payment card (it is stored with the world's largest payment gateway Stripe, where the data is secure from everyone, including us) and enable automatic payments. Every month, our system will automatically try to pay the amount from the saved card on the due date of your rent. If there is a problem, you will receive an email and we will contact you. You don't have to think about anything and you don't have to go to the Client Portal - this is the easiest and non hassle free option.
One-time payments
If you don't want to save your card with us, then you have to log in to the Client Portal every month and pay. Just make sure you don't forget.
Bank transfer
If you are interested in paying by transfer, we only allow this for payments on a quarterly or semi-annual/annual basis, not on a monthly basis. Meaning you can pay 3, 6 or twelve months in advance. Contact us if you like this method.

Instructions
To log in to the Client Portal, you need a username (same as your email) and a password - you can send your password as lost.
After logging in to the portal:
Automatic payments
1. Click on the profile icon in the top right (stick figure)
2. Select Client Profile,
3. Scroll down to My payment cards
4. Add a new card here and save. Your bank will probably require confirmation of the deposit or a payment for 0.00 CZK, Revolut probably only requires confirmation.
5. Check the box for automatic payments
The payment will then be made automatically on the due date, and if the payment was not successful, it will try to pay it every other day.
- If your rent is already overdue, let us know that you have added the card and we will check whether everything is set up correctly for payment.
One-time payment
1. After logging in, stay on the Invoicing sheet
2. Click on the box to the left of the required (unpaid) invoice, check it, and the Pay button will appear.
3. This button will take you to the payment gateway.
